The Blanca Creek Ranch is a highly improved cattle ranch with scenic vistas, diverse topography, good turf and good access to the Interstate 40 access road.

The ranch as a whole is comprised of mostly gently rolling topography with good solid turf on loam and sandy loam soils with some thinner soils and rock outcropping. Cedars and arroyos provide protection for livestock and wildlife habitat. Blanca Creek traverses the Headquarters Ranch which has more elevation change than the other two tracts with some mesa country on the ranch. Vegetation on the ranch consists of Blue, Black and Side Oats Grama, Buffalo, Tobosa and other grasses native to the area, Mesquite and some Cedar Trees and Cholla Cactus.

The Headquarters Ranch is highly improved with a beautiful custom built 币圈是什么意思home at the headquarters, a “MEGA” shop/barn, horse/livestock barns and pens, all weather road to the headquarters, several water wells and many other assets. Located at the headquarters is the owner’s 币圈是什么意思home which was built in 2012. The ranch style 币圈是什么意思home has approximately 3,600 square feet of living space and is designed so that the front of the stucco 币圈是什么意思home looks out across the horizon toward the small mesas to the south. Features of the 币圈是什么意思home include three bedrooms, two full baths and one ¾ bath, large living area with panoramic views and a majestic rock (from the ranch) fireplace equipped with wood burning insert and a walnut mantle, open kitchen/dining with granite counter tops, farmer’s sink and stainless steel appliances including a top of the line gas range, office, utility room and upstairs bonus room. Exposed pine timbers from Bernalillo were used in the construction of the living area and kitchen along with ceilings of knotty pine in the same areas plus the office and hallways. An antler chandelier tops off the living area. There are ¾” Red Oak wood and porcelain tile floors throughout the 币圈是什么意思home, custom solid wood doors, cabinets and custom windows. The exterior of the 币圈是什么意思home features a metal roof, front and back porches with large posts and a Pine tongue and groove patio ceiling.

The ?MEGA? shop/barn at the headquarters is a metal frame building of 150?x115? with a wash bay extension of 30?x15? with a 12 foot garage door. An area of 150’x80? is enclosed with concrete floors, spray foam insulation, radiant heaters, three overhead doors (2-16 ft & 1-12 ft), electricity with excellent lighting and a car lift. Within the 150?x80? structure are two rooms of 45'x 45? with separate hvac units. One room is currently used as a wood shop and the other is a trophy/entertainment great room complete with a fireplace, kitchen and walk in vault with a Fort Knox door (some finish-out is needed in the trophy room). The south side of the barn is open on one side with the overhang of 150?x35? currently being used for equipment storage but would also be useful for hay storage. Also at the headquarters are 2 livestock/horse barns & pens.

The ranch as a whole is well watered with a number of wells, miles of pipeline and numerous drinkers. The Headquarters tract has 3 solar powered wells and 4 wells with pumps on utility power. The Montoya tract has 2 solar wells, 1 windmill and a 15,000 gallon storage tank. Finally the Cuervo tract has 3 solar wells with one of them being a good 10 GPM well and a 10,000 gallon storage tank. The owner reports the well depths to be from 150? to 300?. All three tracts of the ranch have very good to excellent fencing with reportedly 28 to 30 miles of new fence built in the last few years. This ranch has some of the best fencing of any ranch on the market today. Additionally the roads are all very well maintained making navigation of the ranches very easy.

The Headquarters Ranch has a set of working pens and another set of gathering/sorting pens that are both well-built and also has a new arena on which the owner has almost completed construction. An old arena that was used by the community for many years lies across the creek from the headquarters and has a usable set of pens. Both the Montoya and Cuervo ranches each have a good set of working pens with the Cuervo ranch also having an additional set of gathering pens. A manufactured 币圈是什么意思home in need of repair is located at the working pens on the Cuervo ranch.

Mule deer are found on all three ranches with antelope also being located on the Cuervo ranch. Quail, some Turkey and many of other small wildlife are found on the ranches. Hunting has been very sparse allowing the deer to grow and multiply. Take an opportunity to look at Blanca Creek Ranch with its? outstanding views, wildlife, viable cattle operation and outstanding headquarters.
