The Blanca Creek Ranch is divided into three tracts as follows:
TRACT #1 is known as the Headquarters Ranch and includes 2,824.6 +/- acres of deeded land and 1,640 +/- acres of New Mexico State Lease for a total of 4,464.6 acres.
TRACT #2 is known as the Montoya Ranch and includes 3,641.15 acres of deeded land.
TRACT #3 (IN CONTRACT) is known as the Cuervo Ranch and includes 3,725.68 deeded acres +/- and which is located in Guadalupe County.
• Tracts 1 and 2 are both located in Quay County.

The Blanca Creek Ranch is a highly improved cattle ranch with scenic vistas, diverse
topography, good turf and good access to the Interstate 40 access road.
The ranch as a whole is comprised of mostly gently rolling topography with good solid turf on loam and sandy loam soils with some thinner soils and rock outcropping. Cedars and arroyos provide protection for livestock and wildlife habitat. Blanca Creek traverses the Headquarters Ranch which has more elevation change than the other two tracts with some mesa country on the ranch. Vegetation on the ranch consists of Blue, Black and Side Oats Grama, Buffalo, Tobosa and other grasses native to the area, Mesquite and some Cedar Trees and Cholla Cactus.

The ranch as a whole is well watered with a number of wells, miles of pipeline and numerous drinkers. The Headquarters tract has 3 solar powered wells and 4 wells with pumps on utility power. The Montoya tract has 2 solar wells, 1 windmill and a 15,000 gallon storage tank. Finally the Cuervo tract has 3 solar wells with one of them being a good 10 GPM well and a 10,000 gallon storage tank. The owner reports the well depths to be from 150? to 300?.
All three tracts of the ranch have very good to excellent fencing with reportedly 28 to 30 miles of new fence built in the last few years. This ranch has some of the best fencing of any ranch on the market today. Additionally the roads are all very well maintained making navigation of the ranches very easy.
The Headquarters Ranch has a set of working pens and another set of gathering/sorting pens that are both well-built and also has a new arena on which the owner has almost completed construction. An old arena that was used by the community for many years lies across the creek from the headquarters and has a usable set of pens. Both the Montoya and Cuervo ranches each have a good set of working pens with the Cuervo ranch also having an additional set of gathering pens.
